Rose provides an experience that begins with your call to our friendly, experienced and knowledgeable customer service agent, who expedites your reservation. We will confirm the information through an email and the day prior to your trip, reconfirm your time and date with a personal call.

Customer Service

Customer service is embodied in everything we do at Rose as it is part our culture and a daily event. You can expect your Rose experience to include an attentive customer service representative, a clean vehicle, a courteous chauffeur, being on location 15 minutes prior to the pickup time, a cold bottle of water for passengers, attention to detail and a safe on-time journey. We do everything possible to understand and accommodate the customer’s needs and provide the best transportation experience possible.

Safety

Whether you are a corporation, a church group, or a soccer team you share the same concerns; safety and reliability. At Rose, we require all chauffeurs to be DOT certified, which includes background checks, and frequent drug screening. All of our vehicles are cleaned and inspected each day and we do not compromise on maintenance or training.

Technology

Technology plays an important role at Rose. We have an integrated reservation system that tracks the ride from the initial reservation and provides continuous status updates throughout. We also have GPS tracking on all vehicles and onboard cameras are all a part of our customer service excellence. Along with our vehicle technology we also employ state of the art reservation and flight tracking software that provides the dispatch team with up to date status of our customer’s flight status.
