I must commend two of your staff members: Mohamed & Howard. Their customer service was a breath of fresh air within the motor coach industry.
I spoke to Mohammed & Howard at least 3-4 times this morning & EVERY time I spoke to them, their attitudes were the same…POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, ACCOMMODATING, PATIENT, COURTEOUS. I could go on, but I think you have the point.
Service was flawless. You’re the ONLY vendor in our system that is Preferred, which means you are the FIRST company we will contact when service is required in your area.
These two gentlemen should be cloned & I wish they were on my team! I would be remiss not to also mention the time & professionalism I received from Mr. [Tom] Holden. You are the epitome of great Customer Service. It should be placed in a bottle & sold to other motor coach companies.
