Q: What services does Rose provide?
A: Rose offers chauffeured ground transportation for events, airport transfers, shuttles, group travel, executive service, and much more. If you need to get somewhere in comfort and safety, anywhere in the nation, Rose can get you there.
Q: What kind of vehicles do you have in your fleet?
A: We have a fleet of over 35 vehicles including sedans, SUVs, limousines, executive vans, mini-buses and motor-coaches.
Q: How do I book or reserve a vehicle?
A: Booking with Rose is efficient and easy. Our friendly staff is available 24/7 at 704-522-8258, or you can e-mail your request to [email protected], or fax to 704-522-7657, and as an added benefit we offer an online reservations system that provides up to date status of every destination. We accept all major credit cards.
Q: How much advance notice do I need to give in order to reserve a vehicle?
A: For sedan or SUV service we only need a 2 hour notice. For the other vehicles we may need up to 24 hour notice. Availability varies during busy periods, so book early to ensure access to your vehicle of choice.
Q: Are you registered with the US Department of Transportation?
A: Yes, this is required. Rose is a fully licensed livery service with the USDOT. Also the city of Charlotte requires all drivers and companies to be fully licensed, insured and drug tested.
Q: Who is your insurance carrier?
A: Rose is fully insured through Scottsdale Insurance with a limit well above federal requirements.
Q: How do I set up a corporate account?
A: Applications or inquiries for corporate accounts should be sent to [email protected] and someone from accounting will follow up with you.
Q: Can I make online reservations?
A: Anyone can set up an online account. The first step is to have our reservations department set up a profile for you and once that is completed in about 10 minutes you are on your way to making reservations via the internet.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We provide as much flexibility as possible to our customers, because we understand that plans can change. Generally, you may cancel without penalty up to one hour before vehicles are deployed on your behalf. Because our pre-trip travel time and other related investments vary, actual cancellation requirements will be specific to your ride. Please ask your customer service rep at the time of your booking for details.
Q: Can I smoke in any of your cars or limousines?
A: All of our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. If you would like to use tobacco, we will gladly stop at your convenience.
Q: What do I do if I can’t find my car/chauffeur?
A: Whether you are at the airport or we are serving you in our nationwide affiliate capacity, please call (800)-377-6912, option 3 for dispatch and we will immediately respond.
Q: Why is my billing amount different than my quote?
A: Your price quote is an estimate based on the times supplied to us. Rose bills you for actual time usage based in 15 minute increments, after you’ve reached any minimum usage requirements.
Q: Can I see the vehicle before making a reservation?
A: No problem, we always recommend that you schedule a meet and greet to inspect your vehicle, meet the company staff, and, in our case, view the 26,000 square foot garage and office facility.
Q: What is your alcohol policy?
A: Rose does not provide alcohol to any of our clients in accordance with North Carolina state law. You may bring your own alcohol providing all passengers are 21 years old with a valid ID.
A: We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality on behalf of our clientele. Rose does not release any information to any outside organization without explicit written permission from the affected parties. It is our policy to protect your privacy and identity at all times.
Q: Do your drivers have a special license or training?
A: All chauffeurs are over the age of 25, have a 100% clean Motor Vehicle Record, and have completed our extensive chauffeur training program and continuing education. We feel our chauffeurs are the most important part of our business.
Q: Do you provide concierge services?
A: Yes, concierge services are available depending on the type of transportation and activity required. Additional charges may apply for specific purchased items at the client’s request.
